REFUND POLICY (Updated August 30, 2024)

At Zaro Celebrations (further referred to as "the Company"), we strive to deliver exceptional services and experiences to our valued clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require changes or cancellations to be made. However, it is crucial to establish a clear policy regarding refunds to ensure fairness and maintain the viability of our business operations. Therefore, we have implemented the following Refund Policy for our Programs and Services:

1. Payment Obligation: By registering for the Wedding Pro Power Hour Membership Program (further referred to as "the Program" or "your Program" you acknowledge and accept the payment obligation associated with the program. Once payment is made, it is considered as a commitment to participate in the program.

2. Non-Transferability: Your Program registration is non-transferable. This means that registration cannot be transferred to another person, event, or future program.

3. Introductory Pre-Sale Period Refund Requests: The program's first scheduled live group training is scheduled for September 4, 2024. Refund requests will be honored through midnight ET on September 18, 2024 for any member/registrant who joins on or before September 11, 2024. Note: All times mentioned throughout this document represent the Eastern Time Zone in the United States. Please consider your time difference when calculating cut-off times.

4. Seven Day Refund Policy: If you join the program and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within your initial seven (7) days of membership. Regardless of the circumstances leading to cancellation, including but not limited to personal reasons, schedule conflicts, or unforeseen events, no refunds will be provided after the 7 days.

5. Weekly Event Postponement or Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we (Lisa Zaro DBA Zaro Celebrations) must postpone, reschedule or cancel a session, we will make every effort to notify participants in a timely manner. No cash refunds will be provided.

6: Holidays / Days Off: In the event that our weekly meeting occurs on a holiday or other event requiring the absence of Lisa Zaro and the Company, a session may not be held. There may be a different day offered as a make-up, but it is not guaranteed. Please check the monthly event calendar for updates regularly. Occasionally, we may have a guest host or leader. 

7. Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure circumstances, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemic, or other unforeseen events beyond our control, Zaro Celebrations reserves the right to make necessary changes, including but not limited to rescheduling or canceling the program, without any liability for refunds.

8. Communication: Any requests for changes, refunds or cancellations must be communicated in writing to [email protected]

9. Verbal requests or notifications will not be considered valid.

10. Arbitration: Any legal proceedings arising out of, or in connection with, this contract shall take place near the principal office of the company, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules and procedures of the chosen arbitration institution. The laws of the local, state, and country where the arbitration takes place shall govern the proceedings, including any applicable rules of substantive law and the law regarding the enforcement of arbitration awards.

11. Results provided as examples are not typical and can vary based on numerous parameters. Some of these parameters include individual effort, skill level, dedication, and consistency. Other factors that can influence results include personal circumstances, resources, market conditions, and external influences. However, it is important to note that this list is not exhaustive, and there may be other parameters that can impact outcomes. Therefore, by registering for this program, you understand that your own results can differ from those sampled, current, past and future program members, and they are not limited to the parameters mentioned here.
